Can I bring my own food and drink? As a small family business, we ask that customers please do not consume their own food and drink on the premises. We have a lovely café serving freshly ground coffees, tasty lunches and delicious cakes for you to enjoy during your visit.

Where can I park my car?Unfortunately, we don't have our own car park, however, there are many carparks nearby in Leeds City Centre. Crown Street Carpark is just a 3 minute walk, and the large Trinity multi-storey carpark is under a 5 minute walk.

What if I'm late for my session? You are welcome to arrive at any time during your booked session. However, you will still need to leave at the end of the session time as we close between sessions to clean and tidy the play areas.

What if I can't make my session?Unfortunately, all bookings are non-refundable. However, we will gladly transfer your booking to an alternate date with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Simply login to your bookwhen account to do this yourself, or send an email to hello@thehiddenvillage.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

What age is the play village suitable for?We welcome children of all ages. We believe that children from walking up to around 8 years get the most from our play areas, however, if your child still enjoys imaginative play then they are most welcome to come along at any age.

How many adults can I bring along? We generally allow a maximum of two adults per child for most sessions. If you wish to bring more adults, please contact us first. For the "Play & Eat" sessions on Saturdays, we don't have a limit on the number of adults attending, but all adults are required to purchase a ticket for this session (which includes their lunch and drink).
